Terms & Conditions
At floreame, we are committed to providing a smooth and pleasant floral gifting experience. To ensure clarity for all orders, please review the following Terms & Conditions before placing your order.
Any amendments or changes to an order must be communicated via email to [email protected] only.
By placing an order with floreame Pte Ltd, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Cancellation & Refund Policy
1.1 Cancellation Requests
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] and will be assessed based on the scheduled delivery date.
Refund (Less Cancellation Fee)
Cancellations made at least three (3) days prior to the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a refund, subject to a 25% cancellation/administrative fee or S$30, whichever is higher, to cover payment processing, material sourcing, labour, and administrative costs.
50% Refund
Cancellations made two (2) days prior to the scheduled delivery date shall be eligible for a 50% refund of the order amount.
No Refund
Cancellations made less than two (2) days prior to the scheduled delivery date will not be eligible for a refund, as floral preparation, material procurement, manpower allocation, and delivery arrangements may have already commenced.
Any refund request outside of the above terms shall be considered strictly at the sole discretion of floreame Pte Ltd. floreame Pte Ltd reserves the right to approve or decline such requests.
1.2 Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds shall not be provided for the following situations:
Late Deliveries
While floreame Pte Ltd strives to ensure timely deliveries, delays caused by unforeseen operational circumstances, traffic conditions, weather, peak-period demand, building access restrictions, or recipient-related issues shall not constitute grounds for a refund.
Subjective Dissatisfaction / Customer Expectations
Floral arrangements that do not meet a customer’s personal expectations, subjective preferences, or interpretation of product images shall not constitute valid grounds for a refund, provided the delivered arrangement is reasonably consistent with the purchased product and floreame Pte Ltd’s quality standards.
Recipient Unavailability / Incorrect Information
Failed delivery attempts arising from an unreachable recipient, incorrect contact details, inaccurate delivery addresses, or recipient unavailability shall not be eligible for refunds.
Where concerns arise regarding delivery timing or product satisfaction, floreame Pte Ltd may, at its sole discretion, review the matter and determine an appropriate service recovery or resolution where applicable. Any resolution offered shall not necessarily include a refund.
2. Delivery Completion & Liability
floreame Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage, deterioration, or dissatisfaction relating to flowers, floral arrangements, or products after successful delivery has been completed and acknowledged by the recipient or any individual accepting the order on behalf of the recipient at the designated delivery address.
Risk and responsibility for the order shall pass to the recipient upon successful delivery.
3. Recipient Contact & Re-delivery
To minimise operational delays and ensure timely deliveries, our delivery personnel will wait for a maximum of ten (10) minutes if the recipient is uncontactable upon arrival.
If the recipient remains unreachable after this waiting period, the order may be deemed a failed delivery attempt.
Failed Delivery Re-delivery Fee
In the event of a failed delivery due to recipient unavailability, incorrect contact information, inaccurate delivery details, inaccessible premises, or inability to contact the recipient, a re-delivery fee of S$10 shall apply for any subsequent delivery attempt, subject to delivery slot availability.
floreame Pte Ltd shall not be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect recipient information, inaccurate addresses, inaccessible locations, building restrictions, or recipient unavailability.
4. Right to Accept or Reject Orders
floreame Pte Ltd reserves the right to accept, reject, suspend, or cancel any order, including after payment has been made, due to circumstances including but not limited to stock limitations, pricing discrepancies, operational constraints, suspected fraudulent activity, abusive conduct, or inability to fulfil the order.
Where an order is rejected or cancelled by floreame Pte Ltd, a full refund of the amount paid shall be processed to the original payment method.
5. Product Images & Finished Bouquet Requests
floreame Pte Ltd is not obliged to provide photographs of completed floral arrangements prior to delivery, particularly during festive seasons, peak periods, or high-volume operational periods.
However, we will endeavour to accommodate such requests where reasonably practicable. Customers are assured that internal quality checks are conducted to maintain bouquet standards prior to dispatch.
Customer feedback regarding the delivered arrangement is always welcomed and appreciated.
6. Product Nature & Quality Assurance
Flowers are natural products and may vary in colour, bloom size, shape, arrangement style, wrapping materials, and seasonal availability .
While floreame Pte Ltd strives to replicate displayed product images as accurately as possible, reasonable substitutions may occasionally be necessary due to stock availability, seasonal conditions, or quality considerations. Any substitutions made shall be of equal or higher value, while preserving the overall style, colour palette, and presentation of the arrangement as closely as reasonably possible.
